"I provide a safe, welcoming space where you can navigate difficult feelings and develop greater awareness of yourself. With a holistic, trauma-informed approach, I'll help you calm your nervous system and reconnect with who you truly are."
Iga's approach:
Iga works with people who feel stuck in survival mode, constantly on edge, anxious or burnt out. As an integrative counsellor, she blends elements of different therapeutic modalities, including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), gestalt, attachment theory, neuroscience, mindfulness and creative therapy. This flexible approach means she can tailor therapy to each individual client, helping you heal, discover and grow at your own pace.
Iga believes in a holistic approach and is passionate about the mind-body connection. She understands how movement, nutrition, environment, breathwork and nature can impact mental health. With a non-judgemental, down-to-earth, empathetic and compassionate approach, she creates a safe container where you'll be invited to explore your thoughts, feelings and body sensations - working gently to calm your nervous system, release burnout and reconnect with who you truly are.
