Our largest studio is used for exercise classes, creative workshops. It can also be hired by individual photographers or dancers who require a space for themselves.

Our large TV screen and web cam allow you to stream your classes online, enabling you to reach a wider audience online, while maintaining the personal and intimate feel of people in the room.

We have plenty of natural light coming through the large front windows, while the back windows can be opened for some additional ventilation.

Equally, we have blackout blinds for any time the sun, light or heat gets too much. This room has its own toilet and storage for cleaning products. Tables and chairs are available for workshops, classes or meetings.

Hourly rate:

• £17.50 per occasional hour

• £60 per 4-hour regular weekly block booking

• £80 per 5-6 hour regular weekly block booking

• £120 per day booking (when available).
