Instructor: Lynne Ratcliffe

Lynne is a fully qualified fitness instructor with certificates in Group Exercise to Music, Indoor Cycling, Gym Ball, Fitness Pilates and Pilates. She attends regular CPD sessions to keep up to date with the latest fitness developments and exercises.

The beauty of using the ball is how it naturally adapts to your needs. Whether you're new to pilates or have been practising for years, the ball meets you where you are - making exercises more accessible for some movements whilst adding an extra layer of challenge for others. Your core muscles will be working hard to keep you stable, but in the most satisfying way.

Don't worry if the idea of balancing on a ball feels daunting; our qualified instructor will guide you through each movement with care, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout. The balls are all provided, and if you prefer, you can take part in any of the exercises without using the ball at all.
