What is Body Conditioning?

This class offers a fun low impact exercise to music workout, concentrating on maintaining and improving flexibility, increasing balance and finishing with a good stretch.  Small gym equipment may be used and comfortable footwear is recommended – ideally trainers.

The class is primarily aimed at 50+ but all ages and abilities are welcome.
